ENHANCE YOUR TEAM'S WELL-BEING WITH THE REFLEX COLLECTIVE: EXPERT REFLEXOLOGY AND WELLNESS SESSIONS TAILORED FOR CORPORATE SUCCESS

Enhance your corporate wellness program with our dedicated team of reflexology practitioners, committed to fostering physical, emotional, and mental well-being in the workplace. In today's hybrid work environment, where employees balance office hours with remote work and family commitments, stress levels are at an all-time high. Reflexology presents a strategic solution to this challenge, promoting deep relaxation and holistic health that benefits both employees and the entire organisation.

Why Include Reflexology in Your Workplace?

Boost Employee Well-being: Reflexology is more than just a stress-relief technique; it's a comprehensive health enhancer. When employees are relaxed, their bodies function better—they experience softer muscles, slower heart rates, and reduced blood pressure. This state of relaxation not only improves brain function, making decision-making more efficient and increasing productivity, but also enhances other senses, allowing employees to perform at their best.

Optimise Health Systems: Our approach to reflexology helps optimise body functions critical to daily productivity. Improved digestion from regular sessions means that your team can absorb essential nutrients more effectively, boosting energy levels throughout the day. Moreover, a stronger immune system reduces absenteeism and keeps your team healthy and operational.

Cultivate a Healing Environment: The human body has a remarkable ability to heal itself when given the right conditions. Reflexology clears the pathways for self-healing, ensuring your employees are in peak physical and mental condition. It’s not just about managing illness; it's about cultivating an environment that enhances well-being.

Why Partner with Us for Reflexology Services?

Adaptability to Work Environments: Whether your team works remotely, onsite, or a mix of both, our services are designed to fit seamlessly into their schedules. We provide reflexology sessions that cater to the unique dynamics of your workplace, ensuring all employees can benefit from our expertise, regardless of their work setup.

Dedicated Professional Team: Our reflexologists are not only skilled but also passionate about improving lives through their work. Each practitioner is thoroughly trained, certified and insured,, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to your workplace wellness program.

Comprehensive Wellness Strategy: By integrating reflexology into your corporate wellness offerings, you invest in a proactive health measure that pays dividends in employee satisfaction, reduced healthcare costs, and improved productivity. It's a holistic approach that addresses the needs of the modern workforce and positions your company as a leader in employee care and satisfaction.

  • Jo O’Connor - Reflexology MAR

Jo has always been interested in the powerful connection between the emotional mind and the physical body. Her intuitive and holistic approach seeks to identify the direct links between psychological stress, illness and disease in the body. This means she is able to work with you on a deeply restorative level to support your body’s own healing processes, helping you to reach a state of balance and inner calm with each treatment. Jo also specialises in Spinal Reflexology and Facial Reflexology.

Prior to becoming a qualified Reflexology Practitioner, she worked for over 10 years at Grazia magazine casting and producing shoots for various fashion and beauty brands. Working in such a fast paced media environment in London, Jo encountered many people who had adopted high stress levels and unhealthy lifestyles. These experiences – coupled with her deep interest in holistic treatments – led her to reflexology with the goal of helping her clients alleviate the negative impact that poor lifestyles, stress and diet can produce.

Jo is a registered Reflexology practitioner on the Complementary and Natural Health Council Accredited Register.

  • Jade - Yoga Instructor

Hi – I’m Jade – I specialise in seeing the person as a whole combining different aspects from the many lineages of yoga and the powerful transformative principles of Pilates.

I have two beautiful children who keep me super busy. I fell in love with all things Yoga after having my son. My body wasn’t that happy with me after a C-section and Yoga was the only thing that helped ease my back and mind. After my second child (and another C-section), it was my centre that needed support and reigniting, this is when I fell in love with all things Pilates. Pilates and yoga helped me re-establish myself as Jade and not just ‘Mum’, both physically and mentally.

I love to teach and have been doing so for over 10 years, I really enjoy empowering students, building confidence and a love for their own body. My classes are light-hearted but be prepared to work deeply.
